Surf Thru Express Car Wash

Very nice supervisor working here august 9th around 4:25pm. I don’t like how there are no towels provided without paying. They’re in a vending machine. Or you get 1 free if you’re a member. This is a new policy. If this is also happening at other locations, I will no longer return. Previously, I could get multiple damp ones which were just washed which is preferred since going through the car wash doesn’t always get tough debris off my car.

Always our go to stop for car wash...Sanae assisted us with detailed information. She is a very keen to her responsibilities. We were very impressed when she came up with a smile and detailed information. We love coming here and will continue. Just a suggestion, if you can keep foam wash in the bottle...it would be better. Sometimes Lysol isn't enough to remove hard stains... :)

The staff here sense I started coming, have been highly uneducated.Poorly, trained and management is rarely available. Never have I seen a g m or a real manager here?Only young shift leads.. 🤔 so the customer service obviously can't be very good when you don't have great upper management leading the team.. The car wash is a whole different matter. The actual wash itself for the amount of money is a tunnel ripoff? There's signs as you go through the car.Wash that light up that tell you that the product's being sprayed on your vehicle.None of them light up and half of the nozzles on each application as you go through.Don't work and spray properly. So you don't even know if you're really getting what you're paying for.. I pay for the most expensive wash.. thinking that my car would look the best.. never has the car been prepped by the staff properly. Because they are not trained how to prep the car properly. And so of course the car wash can't do a good job. If you don't prep the car properly on top of the equipment being old, greasy and very outdated.. i have worked in car washes, in my mind, experience running car washes as a manager. It's gotta be one of the worst situations, and

Dear owner you should FIRED victor your supervisor. This awful situation happened to me today. February 16th 2026 After being a customer for over 7 years. I came today for a car wash I explained to Victor that im using a rental and last week which was February 12th 2026 an employee that I couldn't remember his name printed out the membership sticker for me. Told me to not placed it on the rental car just come to the cashier line to be scanned I couldn't found the sticker so I asked him to look for my information with my phone number he have found it. Short of history he refused to provided me the service shuttling the whole washer while the car was on the ramp. Call police on me. At the end the police simple say those employee are just kids and they dont know what they are doing. I backed out the car like the police told me. Thank you for this ugly started week. Monday February 16th 2026 I canceled my membership 39.99 Barely clean my wash my car Unfortunately the owner of this place wont care at all. Please think twice before you become a member. I wont never go back.

Consumers and neighbors should be aware. Today we had our Hyundai Palisade washed at this location, and afterward noticed that the paint on our vehicle had been stripped. We reported the issue to the business and filed a claim with them. While it’s frustrating that this happened, we wanted to share our experience to help warn others. We are currently waiting to see how the claim and resolution process is handled.
